1. Project Cancellations

  • Before Project Start: If a project is canceled before any work has begun, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued.

  • After Project Start: Once a project has commenced, cancellations will be subject to charges for the work already completed, including design, development, consultation, or resource allocation costs.

  • Mid-Project Cancellations: In cases where substantial progress has been made, Gleamsol reserves the right to retain up to 100% of the project fees depending on the level of completion.

2. Refunds

  • Advance Payments / Deposits: Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.

  • Milestone Payments: Payments tied to completed milestones are non-refundable, as they reflect work already delivered.

  • Service-Based Refunds: If a service is not delivered as per the agreed scope and specification, a partial or full refund may be considered after review.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Domain registration, hosting fees, third-party software, plugins, APIs, or licenses purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable.

  • Custom design or development work that has already been delivered or shared with the client is non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@gleamsol.com within 7 business days of the issue.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.

5. Disputes

If there is a disagreement regarding the quality or scope of services, Gleamsol will work with the client to find a fair resolution. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated as per the terms of the service contract.
